Why don't any "journalists" point out that religious freedom cannot be absolute. But this bill would also seem to allow discrimination against blacks based on the long-held belief among many Protestants and Mormons that black people either "bear the mark of Cain" or are under "Ham's curse" and therefore are cursed of God. Or that Quakers should be allowed to withhold about half their Federal taxes since they go to the military. Christians and Muslims should be allowed to refuse service to Jews. And, taking it to its logical conclusion a Christian Scientist can get a job as a Pharmacist, refuse to ever fill a prescription and cannot be fired based on his deeply held religious beliefs; i.e. the perfect no-show job. Should we reduce the maximum income level in times where income inequality is as large as 85 people - of whom many are interestingly US American citizen - are as rich as 3.5 billion people and in times where significantly reduced consumer spending is the largest single economic common denominator for all the economic turbulences? Evidently when we perceive to talk about minimum wage, in the supposedly greatest nation on Earth where most people are struggling to get by with one slave-loan income, while we do not at the same time perceive and talk about the horrendous and shamelessly egomaniacally greedy maximum wages/ income levels that exist. Why are you not talking about maxim income levels in the same context concretely please?!

The real issue is not the XL pipeline. This is the birdie they want us to watch. It's dramatic, has lots of sound bites ... good entertainment. The oil companies in ND are and have been shipping oil using the rail lines and this should be stopped. Check out the number of derailments to date and the resulting property& environmental damage etc. The pipeline will not cause anywhere near the damage compared to the train wrecks (no pun intended). I suggest that we stop looking at the birdie and focus on what is happening right before our eyes and we are not talking about the real issues of train wrecks carrying oil across the country. I would like to see this subject being discussed and with an action plan to stop the trains immediately.

Since water is ergo more valuable than oil, water pipelines to California might not just only only be good flood reductive measures but highly valuable business endeavor too. I'd rather be in full support of building water XL pipe lines, what any intelligent specie would consider doing.

BAD. I have spent three hours on the phone trying to find a human to talk to, to help a disabled woman...........save her home. She should have a representative, says her doctor for eleven years now, after she was hit by a drunk driver...................and even though we tried to help, it is a nightmare trying to find a human, not just a humanoid with a script about how they can NOT help you. Does anyone do a job anymore? It seems like most of them are just there to give you ten reasons why they can NOT do their job.
