My name is Ole Nygaard. I am retired after 32 years in The Danish Air Force. 15 of these were during The Cold War. I was never prepared to die for my country, but for an idea. I have lived in 7 countries, 4 states and 2 provinces, now in British Columbia and at my cottage in the Swedish woods. I would love to help, but imagine the spin wrong people could create, if they knew a citizen of a ridiculed and despised country like Denmark, living in a country, where the Prime Minister is reserved a special place in Hell, supported a democratic candidate. I will add, however, that both countries are pleasant to live in, despite, or perhaps because of, our liberal and social democratic roots:-) I think your movement needs to realize that a political party is not a fan club. In order to be healthy it needs to thrive on diversity, encouraging cooperation and looking for common ground. Don't let your opponents define you as left, right or center, well don't let them define you at all, and you need to let your fellow Americans know, that "Liberal" is not a four letter word. Cheers Ole Nygaard, White Rock, British Columbia, Canada
