Tulsa Police have fabricated evidence, obstructed justice, withheld evidence, forged documentation, unlawfully seized my property, falsified reports and have made reports which contradict the determination of other reports. Tulsa Police have received the court and edited emails to make it appear as though I was crazy and a mental health petition to the court. the Tulsa police being involved and fabrication of evidence relating to the false report to NCIC and resulting in my arrest for possession of stolen motor vehicle can be verified by corporal Steve Whittington 918-596-9165 who for some reason has not returned my property to me. I believe it's called continuing to subject me to corruption
