My son is,in a,Federal Camp in Miami. He has been serving a 5 year minimum mandatory sentence for conspiracy involving Marijuana and is about a year and a half away from being released. He is worried his civil rights are being violated as they do not make him available to his lawyer. Her assistant has confirmed to me that they are the worst Prison to deal with. He also has documented and shared with me that he has been the target of some CO's twisted sense of authority which may result in a move to a,diciplinary facility such as,Mississippi or Loisiana. This frightens me as my son's incarceration is bogus and yet he's done all he's suppose to and it doesn't matter. If you could help me connect with s civil lawyer and/or a Florida representit I've to step in and help me I'd appreciate it. I'm in California and have been researcing, plan to go to Florida soon to see my son and check things out personally. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated!
