Ahmed Giwa an IT Consultant based in Houston, TX and wife iDr. Olubunmi Giwa Nigerian American couple who went to the press because of injustice by the Harris County CPS based on allegation that they did not do MRI brain scan for our son, in retaliation the parent were forced to sign a Rule 11 agreement to have our special need son placed at home. Gagged from talking to the press, Held in captivity by Texas CPS we are not to leave Houston, Confiscated both Nigerian and American passport of the entire family, CPS make unannounced harassing visits. They have not been charged us with any crime or alleged that they abused any of their child either but are being held as virtual prisoners. Last week on there way to visit Ahmed's mother in Nigeria who has been very ill and bedridden and wish is to see her grandchildren. The couple were arrested at the airport. CPS called Texas Ranger to arrest them and thrown into jail, there three children taken away by CPS.
